Mr. Loe is a Long Beach area native. He has practiced law both as a sole practitioner and as an associate with another Long Beach law firm since 1990, and he co-founded the Davert & Loe firm in 1992. Mr. Loe has served as court-appointed counsel in numerous matters, as a Judge Pro Tem, and is very experienced in the courtroom having conducted numerous civil jury and non-jury trials. He has served as a mediator in complex matters, and has more than two decades of service to the profession. Mr. Loe is active in local community athletic programs and community service organizations. He is an accomplished coach and mentor in Little League and Pony League baseball, Los Alamitos Girls’ Softball and AYSO soccer among others.

Mr. Davert is a native of Orange County. Admitted to the California bar in 1992, he is very active in the community and served the courts for 12 years as a Judge Pro Tem. Mr. Davert has served as an elected member of the Tustin City Council having twice served as Mayor in 2006 and 2009. He also served on several county and regional boards, served on various committees, and is committed to serving the interests of children in the community. He has served as Chairman of the Orange County Sanitation District and as Chairman of the Orange County Fire Authority. Additionally, he has served on the boards of directors of non-profit corporations that support public education, promote arts education in the community, and provide camping facilities to various community groups.

Mr. Flint received his undergraduate degree from the California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, and his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School. Through 2009, Mr. Flint was a litigation associate in a small Orange County law firm and joined Davert & Loe in 2010. Mr. Flint's practice emphasizes complex civil/business litigation and appeals. He is experienced in both civil trials and matters before the Courts of Appeal.
AMY HEROUX-GONZALEZ, Associate
Ms. Gonzalez is a graduate of the California State University at Fullerton and received her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law. Ms. Gonzalez joined Davert and Loe in 2007 having clerked for a well-known family law firm in Orange County. Ms. Gonzalez's practice emphasizes family law (dissolution, child custody, support and property division, and related), issues of insurance coverage, and civil litigation. She has extensive experience in both the family and civil courts throughout California.
